Sundance Design was founded by Joe Nangle in 1990.. Though I now have a team of associates, in my 35+ years I have helped over 500 clients realize their goal of designing and building a new home.

Sundance of Philly started as an offshoot of Sundance Design in 2009. Since that time I have used my design and construction background to help hundreds of clients in the Philadelphia area to realize their vision of enhancing the outdoor living.
